Using the app
Notes to Keep lets you save and organize notes, links, snippets, addresses, tracking references, and images on your device. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
AI Gaur LLC gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Notes to Keep on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it.
Your content and acceptable use
You remain responsible for the content you save or share into Notes to Keep, including making sure you have the right to use it. Do not use the app to store or distribute content unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, interfere with the app, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to another device or service.
Local storage and temporary items
Saved content is stored locally on your device. The app does not provide an account or cloud-sync service. Temporary items may be deleted after the expiration period shown in the app. Actual deletion can occur the next time the app accesses its local database. Pinning an item exempts it from expiration until it is unpinned.
You are responsible for keeping any separate copies of content you need. Removing the app, losing access to the device, device damage, operating-system behavior, or another application may affect locally stored content.
Sharing, links, and external apps
Android and iOS share targets save only the content you choose to send into Notes to Keep. Link previews are requested directly from the linked website. That website may receive the request URL, your IP address, and user-agent under its own terms and privacy practices.
Copying content places it on your device clipboard. When you open a link or map location, the browser or maps app you select handles that action. AI Gaur LLC does not control third-party websites, content, services, or apps and is not responsible for their availability or practices.
Security
The app uses encrypted local storage and may use your device’s biometric or screen-lock authentication when you enable protection. Notes to Keep receives the authentication result, not your biometric data. Keep your device, operating system, and unlock credentials secure. No application or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Intellectual property
Notes to Keep, including its software, interface, name, branding, and original materials, is owned by AI Gaur LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you. Your saved content remains yours.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version. We may revise these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Notes to Keep is provided as available without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. AI Gaur LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the app, third-party services, or loss of locally stored content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New Jersey, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
